We have three options for device deployment through EMM/MDM enrollment practices for Android and iOS devices we sell to our customers all below listed. This process is intended to help make it easier for our customers to have a smooth, out-of-the-box deployment of their smartphones and tablets that are to be enrolled in the EMM/MDM of their choice.
First, you need to set up your Samsung Knox account, your Knox Mobile Enrollment, and Knox Manage. Here are some instructions on how to get it done:

SAMSUNG KNOX MOBILE ENROLLMENT (KME)

Customer registers for Samsung Account at the Samsung Knox Account Creation site

T-Mobile provides customer Reseller ID number: 2885936270

Customer provides T-Mobile their Knox Customer ID number prior to order being placed

Customer works with Samsung QuickStart for personal provider to integrate KME with their service so the devices will enroll properly.

Customer registers for Apple Business Manager Account

T-Mobile provides customer our Reseller ID number: 13913520

Customer provides T-Mobile their Apple Business Manager ID number

T-Mobile generates a contract in SFDC for Apple Business Manager, which needs to be submitted and signed (Docusign) by the customer

Customer works with the EMM/MDM provider to integrate ABM with their service so the devices will enroll properly.
MDM specific Integration Instructions:
Samsung Knox Manage MDM: Using Device Enrollment with ABM
Is able to be enrolled with Android Zero Touch. A compatible device list is available online at the Android Enterprise Solutions Directory site.

Customer needs a Google Account associated with corporate email – Set up Google Account.

Customer provides T-Mobile their Zero Touch ID number.

T-Mobile provides customer our Reseller ID number: 1760110723.

T-Mobile loads the device IMEI’s into the customer portal.

Customer’s portal is integrated with their preferred mobile device management service.
